Birddogs - we all need them.
LTV Real Estate is always looking for property locators. These property locators may be anywhere in the world and they are more than welcome to bring us any type of investment deal for us to look at. Our compensation plan to our birddogs is as follow. We pay a percentage, finders fee based on the profit part on all deals when we close on the property.
We at LTV Real Estate do have certain requirements that must be met on all properties that birddogs do bring us.
These requirements are as follow.
* These properties must not be any higher than 60% LTV of appraised value.
* We must have appraisals and or comps along with pictures on these properties.
* These properties must be high - end properties.
* These properties must not be listed anywhere.
* We will not deal in any broker chains, only direct contact.
* We must have direct contact with the seller and or sellers representative.
* If the property is commercial and or business, we must have all updated financials.
